We, LAPD, were not able to successfully complete our very first project in Cambodia without CMED.
In our journey of L’attrait Project delivery, we have been through a lot of challenges and first experiences for both parties. In addition, COVID pandemic has never been easy and made the path even more difficult. However, every time we faced difficulties, CMED has never given up on the obstacles and always be committed to the best of our high standard and quality products.

We, L'attrait Property Development Co., Ltd.(LAPD), awarded CMED Construction for the Design and Build of our L'attrait Condominium project. The project was successfully completed and handed over to LAPD on 31st October 2021.
As part of their "Post Construction Responsibility" CMED Construction commenced the Defects Notification Period (DNP) service and has performed outstandingly with quick and responsible follow-ups on any issues with prompt response, detailed checks, and accurate analysis.
Thus, we have not encountered any trouble, nor difficulties with Building Occupancy, Usage and Building maintenance activities and are very pleased to confirm our satisfaction with the Responsibility and Commitment of CMED towards the quality of service that was provided.
We are truly grateful for the continuous support and commitment of CMED, even after the project was handed over. Once again, we are thankful for our partnership with CMED and we can confirm that it was the right choice for us to choose CMED Construction as our main contractor.
