Job Description
Develop survey plans, methods, and procedures for conducting legal surveys
Creating and developing the standard of procedures for setting out, measuring, and surveying
Creating and developing standards for surveying inspection forms
Ensure the project team follow standard procedures and method of measurement
Perform Weekly, Monthly building control point checking
Collaborating and working with project managers, construction crews, and government agencies, when necessary
Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs
Advise, provide consultation, and testify as an expert witness on matters related to legal surveys
Performs other tasks and projects assigned by the direct supervisor
Job Requirement
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent
A minimum of 7-year experience in the role
Good command of English communication both spoken and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
