Technology Engineering Manager

Job Description

  • Build professional technical study and organization
  • Build the engineering structure to scale and grow with the strategy of the company
  • Create a technical resource plan by vertical and technology
  • Perform administrative functions such as reviewing reports, enforcing rules and making decisions about the effective technical method usage
  • Review and recommend or approve effective technology cost estimates and proposals
  • Understand mechanisms for technical matters and improving construction methods Align resources to deliver on commitments and drive results
  • Lead team to technical account strategies that align to client requirements and goals; assign resources appropriately
  • Monitor and approve requests for customer-focused pre-sales and post sales resource
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of the projects
  • Plan and direct installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair facilities and equipment
  • Provide timely and appropriate feedback that focuses on those things that will make the biggest difference in performance; reinforces efforts and progress
  • Visit project periodically and review outputs
  • Monitor and measure team progress against business plan and recommend changes as needed
  • Direct, review, and approve product design and changes 
  • Pro-actively seek feedback on self; recognize own capabilities and take initiative to continually improve
  • Provide new logistic and construction method during tender stage
  • Review and approving the new method statement and material use to the project
  • Improve and maintain Company Wikipedia database
  • Researching and developing design, method and products for the projects site
  • Conduct technical evaluation and technical analysis for construction methods, suppliers and new materials for the projects 
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

 

Job Requirements

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the role
  • Knowledgeable on planning and directing technical operations and compliances 
  • Good command of English communication both spoken and written
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and precision 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
