Manages and leads a team of architects, including senior, junior, and associate architects
Ensures project compliance and efficiency by developing and reviewing construction bid proposals, specifications, and contracts
Coordinates with consultant architects and engineers to facilitate smooth project execution
Monitors project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely completion
Drives design and innovation by leading the team in developing creative and innovative architectural designs
Ensures that all designs adhere to relevant codes, laws, and regulations
Reviews architectural plans, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance
Develops design documents and specifications, including preliminary drawings, working drawings, and shop drawings
Ensures that design documents meet project requirements and align with the overall vision
Coordinates with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
Communicates project progress, addresses concerns, and secures necessary approvals
Performs other duties as assigned, such as contributing to team meetings, participating in professional development activities, and supporting other departmental initiatives
Job Requirement
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
A minimum of 15-year experience in the role is an added advantage
Good command of English communication both spoken and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Possesses advanced knowledge of applicable codes, and implications on design.
Advanced design, visual, and graphic presentation skills required.
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Project Delivery methods, is preferable
