Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards set by the company and in accordance with ISO standards
Examine construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and material approvals for compliance
Provide assistance and support to the project team in resolving quality issues and problems identified by designers and clients
Conduct briefings for the site team on procedures for material arrangement, concrete casting, block wall construction, painting, tiling, etc.
Monitor and assist the site team to ensure that workmanship and material installations meet project specifications and comply with company standards
Initiate and issue internal site observation reports or Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
Prepare method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and inspection checklists as required by project specifications
Implement and execute the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Conduct monthly QAQC audits and distribute reports to relevant sites
Perform snagging activities based on company standards to meet client requirements, including checking and preparing reports for site implementation and closure
Conduct method statement briefings for the site team according to the nature of the work
Conduct inspections during sub-contractor factory site visits and provide comprehensive inspection reports
Conduct weekly quality site walks, prepare observation reports, and ensure timely close-out or implementation by the site team
Conduct QAQC structural and architectural inspections
Maintain and control all documented quality records in a retrievable manner
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
Job Requirement
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the role
Experience in conducting QAQC structural and architectural inspection is a must
Good command of English communication both spoken and written
Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and precision
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
