PLFF Engineer Senior Team Leader

Job Description

  • Proficient in system calculations and sizing for Domestic Water, Fire Protection, Rainwater, and Soil & Waste Water Systems
  • Familiar with standards for various systems, including Domestic Water, Fire Protection, Gas, Irrigation, Architectural, Interior, and Structure design
  • Responsibilities include assigned tasks, MEP Works Quantity Takeoff, and researching new technical standards/codes
  • Skilled in preparing design briefs, material selection, and specifications
  • Review and approval of shop drawings, materials, and method statements
  • Understanding specialist items requirements for Fire Suppression, Gas, Sewage Treatment, and Swimming Pool Systems
  • Taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor

Job Requirement

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree in Water Resource Engineering or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 7-year experience in a similar role 
  • Knowledge of the PLFF design with international code (BS, ASHRAE, SMACNA)
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Windows environment, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems at both a strategic and a functional level.
  • Ability to work with multi-level and culturally diversified team dynamics

  • Good command of English communication both spoken and written
  • Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
