Personal Assistant to Drawing Coordination GM

Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring the seamless operation of company functions
  • Reviewing construction plans (both structural and architectural) and assessing quantity requirements
  • Developing an overall schedule for internal and external project contract milestones
  • Reviewing designs for compliance with applicable codes, adopted engineering standards, and good engineering practices
  • Conducting field inspections as part of the construction quality assurance process
  • Scheduling meetings, maintaining a staff calendar, distributing correspondence, and preparing documents
  • Recording minutes of meetings and maintaining accurate records
  • Generating letters, reports, and memos as needed using Microsoft Office
  • Processing and/or submitting expenses to the admin/accounting department
  • Performing data entry, recording, printing, and filing duties
  • Assisting in the verification of staff claims and invoices for both the project team and headquarters department
  • Handling additional tasks and projects assigned by the direct supervisor

 

Job Requirements

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in the role 
  • Good command of English communication both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
