On-the-Job Training Senior Manager

Job Description

  • Support all departments with OJT activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain a digital knowledge base for OJT resources.
  • Design and update training modules, educational materials, and Personal Development Plans (PDP) for employees.
  • Provide coaching, classroom training, and conduct seminars and workshops.
  • Identify OJT development needs, monitor and evaluate outcomes, and adjust training programs as needed.
  • Write and update OJT guidelines, policies, and standards.
  • Lead strategic planning for OJT-related activities and maintain related tools and resources.
  • Provide feedback to employees and management on OJT performance.
  • Utilize the CMED Technology Platform for training purposes.
  • Strong knowledge in development improvement strategies, human capital development, and policy implementation.
  • Experience in strategic planning and proficiency in using the CMED Technology Platform.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

 

Job Requirements

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree in Training or Engineering related field
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the role
  • Good command of English communication both spoken and written
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive, take initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work fast under pressure
  • Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
