MEP Standardize Team Leader

Job Description

  • Assist supervisor and standard coordination manager with department management
  • Develop and standardize the MEP design coordination process
  • Research on new technology, software, and processes to improve design productivity
  • Monitoring and reporting on issues due to standard process and guideline
  • Provide to solution to improve the MEP design coordination process
  • Develop the 2D and 3D standard MEP installations according to the building design code
  • Assist the engineering team in implementing approved MEP design coordination processes
  • Support budget control team to check MEP services design quantities and purchasing quantities
  • Performs other tasks and projects assigned by the direct supervisor

 

Job Requirements

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in the role
  • Being knowledgeable of the BIM Process is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Perform Complex Tasks on Navisworks Basic, AutoCAD 2D Drafting Basic, and Autodesk Revit Basic
  • Good command of English communication both spoken and written
  • Proactive, take initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work fast under pressure
  • Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
