MEP Engineer Coordination Senior Team Leader

Job Description

• Perform complex tasks related to AutoCAD 2D drafting intermediate
• Collaborate with the structure and architecture departments for internal design coordination.
• Conduct MEP services clashing analysis.
• Understand the work and process requirements for quantity takeoff and combining MEP quantities.
• Understand the material submittal process and collaborate with other departments, vendors, and suppliers.
• Perform general tasks using Navisworks.
• Understand the design requirements for ELV, LV, MVAC, and PLFF System Design
• Produce MEP Combine Services BIM Model, MEP System Design Drawing and MEP System Shop Drawing
• Review and Approve Material Submittal, Method of Statement Submittal, Shop Drawing Submittal, and Response to RFI Submittal:
• Execute complex tasks related to Revit MEP Intermediate.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

• A recognized bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering field or equivalent 
• A minimum of 7-year experience in the role
• Perform Complex Tasks on Navisworks Basic, AutoCAD 2D Drafting Basic, and Autodesk Revit Basic
• Good command of English communication both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
