Assist designers in gathering required materials including fabric, paint finishes as well as furniture, accessories, and relevant images to compose mood boards
Prepare draft elevations, and floor plans for presentations
Liaise with vendors to obtain samples for presentations
Organize and maintain a design library of relevant materials, magazines and books
Research new materials and furniture
Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architectural Field or equivalent
A minimum of 7 years experience in the role
Good command of English communication both spoken and written
Highly detail oriented with strong accuracy and precision
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
