Hattha Bank PLC and CMED Construction proudly organized a groundbreaking ceremony on July 05, 2021, to celebrate the construction of a new office building of Hattha Bank PLC that is located along Samdech Techo Hun Sen Blvd (or Street 60 Meters).
The ceremony was started in the early morning attended by top management and representatives from Hattha Bank PLC and CMED Construction by complying rules and regulations of Ministry of Health of Cambodia in combating COVID-19.
CMED Construction is proudly awarded as the design and build main contractor for this grand project. With the large gross floor area of nearly 40,000 square meters on almost 15,000 square meters land area, this project will consist of significant facilities such as office branch, VIP banking floor, staff facilities, training floor, food court, outdoor dining area, retail space, and huge parking area which can covers up to 312 cars and 1,181 motorbikes. The design and build of this masterpiece is to achieve BCA Green Mark Certification, following British Standard Building Code as well as technical and legal standard of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. Completion of this projects is expected in end of Q2 2024.
The groundbreaking ceremony marks the next phase of what will be a successful collaboration between our two companies in achieving a common goal is to build a building with high quality standard complying with CMED Construction’s vision as Build for the Best of every project we work on.
