Flutter App. QA Development Team Leader

Job Description

• Lead and guide a team of Flutter QA engineers, providing mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
• Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.
• Execute and automate test cases to verify the functionality, reliability, performance, and scalability of the company's mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to comprehend the technical aspects of the software under test and contribute insights on testability.
• Identify, prioritize, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date of the latest industry trends and best practices in Flutter QA testing methodologies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

Job Requirement

• A recognized bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 7-year experience in Mobile Flutter Testing or a similar role
• Highly proficient in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Expertise in testing mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong command of Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Expertise in testing frameworks such as golden_toolkit, flutter_driver, and flutter_test.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
