Proficient in system load calculations, material/equipment sizing for Earthing and Lightning Protection, Lighting system, Cable tray/trunking, Circuit breaker, Generator Set, Power cable, Power for ELV, Power for MVAC, Power for Plumbing, and Transformer.
Prepare design briefs, material selection, and system specifications.
Research new technical standards/codes in the discipline.
Familiar with standards in Architectural, Interior, Structure design, Power Socket, Single Line Diagram, Busway, Generator Set, MV system, and Transformer.
Responsible for assigned tasks, MEP Works Quantity Takeoff, and reviewing shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
Job Requirements
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of the Electrical design with international code (BS, ASHRAE, SMACNA)
Computer skills required: Microsoft Windows environment, Dialux Evo, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to analyze and resolve problems at both a strategic and a functional level.
Ability to work with multi-level and culturally diversified team dynamics
