Assist the Project Manager in coordination work, planning, and monitoring the site’s workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of i.e., project documentation, plans, and reports
Attend regular meetings, ensuring that relevant information is captured.
Follow up with the detailed design process and coordinate design information
Lead the preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings
Ensure the model aligns with the standards and goals set in the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
Conduct site visits to check on progress and assist in resolving site issues and following promptly with the drawing issuances
Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data from the BIM platform
Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architectural Field or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years experience in the role
Highly proficient with technical writing and discipline-specific design software (i.e., AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp)
Good command of English communication both spoken and written
Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and precision
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
