Providing advice and resolution for contractual disputes, both independently and leading teams in coordination efforts.
Assessing prolongation, extension, and other contractual claims, coordinating with relevant parties and leading teams as necessary.
Producing and leading teams in the production of contract agreements.
Coordinating and leading teams in contract negotiation processes.
Reviewing enquiry quotations and vendors, with leadership responsibilities.
Coordinating and leading teams in final account and closing account processes.
Reviewing goods upon delivery, with leadership responsibilities.
Coordinating and leading teams in mediation and contractual dispute resolution.
Reviewing and leading teams in preparing Employer's Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), Purchase Orders (PO), tender analysis reports, tender documents, Vendor's termination reports, pre-qualification processes, procurement and/or contractual strategy advice.
Coordinating and leading teams in shipping arrangements and handling.
Reviewing valuation of construction work, vendor evaluations, and warranty/performance guarantee processes, with leadership responsibilities.
Coordinating and leading teams in executing development improvements, documenting departmental processes, developing policies and procedures, and enhancing human capital development.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or Management.
Job Requirements
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management, Construction Management, or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the related field
Solid understanding of legal terminology and contract terms
A proficient understanding of FIDIC forms of contract is essential
Good command of English both spoken and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
