• Demonstrating adeptness in implementing development within Architectural Design
• Executing implementation within Architectural Drawing
• Applying proficiency in Architecture Works Quantity Take-off
• Employing Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills for general tasks
• Utilizing Intermediate Autodesk Revit for complex tasks
• Demonstrating Intermediate Lumion 3D Render proficiency for complex tasks
• Applying Intermediate Sketchup 3D Modeling skills for complex tasks
• Coordinating effectively with other departments for seamless collaboration
• Managing documentation related to architectural development
• Implementing planning aspects of architectural development
• Handling additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor

Job Requirement

• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent 
• A minimum of 3-year experience in the role is an added advantage
• Ability to discuss and debate philosophical design issues and solve complex project issues.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Project Delivery methods, is preferable.
• Ability to work in a team environment and supervise others.
• Ability to plan and manage design team efforts to effectively meet deadlines.
• Good command of English communication both spoken and written
