Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Application Development Operation teams
  • Develop and implement Application Development Operation strategies, practices, and processes
  • Optimize and automate software development and deployment processes
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Application Development Operation
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

 

Job Requirement

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 7-year experience in Application Development Operation or a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Proven experience in infrastructure management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good command of English communication both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and precision
  • Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
