App. Development Operation Team Leader (DevOps)
Job Description
Lead and manage a team of Application Development Operation teams
Develop and implement Application Development Operation strategies, practices, and processes
Optimize and automate software development and deployment processes
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
Provide guidance and support to team members
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Application Development Operation
Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirement
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
5 to 7 years of experience in Application Development Operation or a similar role
1 to 3 years of experience in a team lead or similar leadership role
In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
Proven experience in infrastructure management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Good command of English communication both spoken and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and precision
Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
