3D Visualize Team Leader

Job Description

• Formulate 3D+2D visualization which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to the intended client purpose.
• Construct Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentation.
• Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers
• Apply to textures and provide appropriate lighting techniques to the models
• Create 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches, or real–life objects using appropriate rendering software
• Enhance images and add special effects creatively
• Create 3D walk-throughs and fly-throughs in artistic fields
• Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to client
• Produce and coordinate with Designers involved to ensure visualization meets the required design approach
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
• A minimum of 7-year experience in the role
• Must to be well-versed and have good experience in using Autodesk® 3ds Max® software, from modeling, rendering to animation.
• Strong in 3D modeling and rendering capabilities
• Proficient in 3D visuals, AutoCAD and Photoshop in reviewing 2D and 3D designs
• Ability to comprehend and design Architectural Details
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Lumion, Revit, Enscape, and Photoshop is essential 
• Experience in photography, illustration, or hand drawing is beneficial, but not essential. 
• Experience in creating imagery with a pictorial sensibility is beneficial, but not essential. 
• Good command of English communication, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
